When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, we process message metadata, templates, contacts and conversation logs strictly to deliver the service you have requested.

We use collected information to provision your account, deliver messaging on the Official WhatsApp Cloud API, process payments, provide customer support, send service updates, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws including Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the services you subscribe to and process your orders), legitimate interests (to secure, improve and market our services), consent (for optional cookies and marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (to comply with tax, accounting and other laws).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of recipients, under contractual safeguards:

• Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") — our Merchant of Record and payment processor. When you buy a subscription or add-on, Paddle handles the order, payment, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks, and receives the personal and payment data needed to do so. • Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — to deliver messages through the Official WhatsApp Cloud API.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the platform and store data.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax and audit obligations. Conversation data is retained as required by the WhatsApp Business API and your selected plan.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal information, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyse traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
